Terms of Service
The product
MyBirdWall produces custom-printed bird posters from species lists that you provide. Prices are displayed at checkout and include US shipping.
No returns on print-to-order goods
Because each poster is printed uniquely for you, we do not accept returns on undamaged orders. This is standard practice for the print-on-demand industry.
Damaged in shipping
If your poster arrives damaged, email a photo to support@mybirdwall.com within 7 days of delivery and we will be in touch about next steps.
Pricing and payment
Prices are as displayed at checkout. Payment is authorized at checkout and charged upon shipment.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to the species selection you provide. MyBirdWall retains rights to the layout templates, plate composition, frame designs, and brand assets.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of MyBirdWall after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect your email address and shipping address, both captured at the time of Stripe checkout. We also collect the species you select as part of your poster order.
How we use it
Your information is used for order fulfillment, transactional emails via Stripe-native receipts, customer support follow-up, and to measure how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not send marketing email.
We use the following privacy-respecting analytics services:
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — cookieless page-view and Core Web Vitals measurement provided by our hosting platform.
- Google Analytics 4 — funnel and traffic measurement. Uses first-party cookies on this domain.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — measures the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and helps Meta optimize ad delivery. Uses first-party cookies on this domain.
You can opt out of these by disabling cookies in your browser, using your browser's “Do Not Track” setting, or by emailing support@mybirdwall.com.
Third parties we share data with
Stripe handles payment processing. They retain your order details, email address, and shipping address per their own privacy policy and terms.
Printful handles fulfillment. They receive your shipping address and order details to produce and ship your poster.
Vercel hosts the MyBirdWall application. Standard hosting data (IP addresses, request logs) is subject to Vercel's privacy policy.
Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policy governing data they receive.
Data retention
Order metadata is retained indefinitely in Stripe and Printful's systems, per their respective retention policies. MyBirdWall does not maintain a separate user database.
Your rights
To delete or export your data, email support@mybirdwall.com. We will forward the request to Stripe and Printful and confirm completion.
Cookies
Stripe's checkout cookies are set on checkout.stripe.com, not on mybirdwall.com. On the MyBirdWall domain itself we set first-party cookies for Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (see the “How we use it” section above). Vercel Analytics is cookieless.
